Sending flowers for Valentines day is close to everyone's heart, but if you've an eye for a bargain, it's worth shopping around. There are some spectacular differences in prices, so take care or else you could find that you overpaid for your Valentine's roses, or even that the roses you bought weren't up to scratch at all.
