Fast delivery but poor quality control. 10% of a £225 order for white blinds marked with a repeating black splodge, others marked with light yellow patches. Company does not answer my emails. Out of pocket and very unhappy. Cheap is not necessarily a good idea. Stay clear!
The item I ordered wasn't in stock but they didn't tell me when I ordered it, although they did charge my credit card immediately. I kept having to phone and email to find out where my blinds were but they never bothered to phone or email me to keep me up to date. After several weeks I gave up and cancelled the order. The item remained for sale on their website throughout this period with no mention that it wasn't in stock.
