Shedstore

Ordered a 6 x 10 Palram plastic shed on the advertisement of "very easy to build thanks to the slot and fix design it has" not true!! Not one part is slot and fix, it took 2 people 10 hours to build and included having to drill your own holes into the doors! Its nuts and bolts central! however, end result is a great little shed, HOWEVER, service received from Shedstore was shocking! When I complained the shed was not as advertised I was informed that 'we sell hundreds, some people find it easy, others dont' obviously implying im an idiot! There were also missing parts that I was assured would show up on the Friday, I waited in ALL day, no sign of them, I emailed to say they hadn't arrived and firstly got a snotty email stating 'DX deliver upto 7pm and I had to just wait' followed by one that said she had checked with the person and they 'forgot' so send them so they were not coming!!! She promised she would DX them overnight and I would have them by 12 noon on the Saturday. 12 noon on the Saturday no sign, so called and firstly was hung up on when I asked for the manager, called back and the girl had a right go at me, wasn't interested and basically told me to do one until a manager came back on Monday! Got a call back on Monday but the manager had a preempted attitude due to being told crap by the saturday girl, and was very short and quite rude! I will NEVER EVER EVER use this company EVER EVER again! (the parts finally showed up on Tuesday, and my shed is finally finished and looks fab)

Placed order for 5 working day delivery. Nothing arrived in 5 days. Telephoned Shedstore, promised call back never happened. After 11 days telephoned again, promised immediate call back..never happened. Trying to get payment back as they just dont care.
